Leg 1 - Rhu to Dunstaffnage Day 1 - Chris & Elly take Hiltgund from Rhu to the Ardrishaig end of the Crinan Canal. Breezy and lumpy in places though EV remembers little, reaping the benefits of the numbing effect of a couple of Stugeron tablets!! Arrive Crinan in pouring rain to be met by Johnny B. Day 2 - through the canal in the company of the crew of Mirror Image - very brisk passage through as a result.
... and then off for dinner at Tayvallich.

After a frustrating couple of days at Dunstaffnage waiting for mechanical repairs, off on leg 2 towards Skye - arriving at Loch Aline (below)
The crew go for a run ashore leaving the skipper to prepare a modest supper: Smoked trout (Inverawe Smokehouse) to start followed by game pie and venison pie and rounded off with fresh fruit pies from Saulmore Farm Shop near Dunstaffnage (highly recommended!!). And each course a different wine naturally - "here's to living like ******* millionaires!!"
